1 1/2 ounces Absolut Vanilia
1/2 ounce hazelnut syrup
1/2 ounce triple sec
Splash half-and-half
1 ounce espresso at room temperature
Pulled-sugar cage for garnish, optional
Combine all ingredients, except sugar cage, in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top the glass with the pulled sugar cage as garnish.
Makes 1 serving.
